Arrive at seven o’clock for the Ball Entrance with Dinner, where you’ll indulge in our North End-themed dinner stations and delightful dessert treats. If you prefer a later start, join us after nine o’clock for the Ball Entrance, featuring Tuscan-inspired hors-d’oeuvres that will tantalize your taste buds. Throughout the evening, cocktails, beer, and wine will be available for purchase from the cash bars located throughout the Westin grand ballroom.
Dance the night away to the beats of DJ Chris, who will be spinning your favorite tunes from across the decades. When you need a break from the dance floor, explore our exciting silent auction, where you can bid on exclusive items such as signed Boston sports memorabilia, luxurious Barbour coats, hotel packages, and much more.
This event is black tie optional, but formal attire is required. Please note that jeans, sneakers, inappropriate hats, flip-flops, baggy clothes, athletic attire, flannel shirts, and t-shirts are not permitted. Guests who do not adhere to the dress code will be turned away.

Live Performances from - The Gainsville Road Band
THE GAINSVILLE ROAD BAND is a female fronted cover band comprised of talented musicians that hail from the Metro Boston area of Massachusetts who joined forces in 2011. Well known for their diverse mix of hits from across many musical genres and eras, this band skillfully blends recent hits with well know classics accompanied by creative remixes, mashups and quick transitions that keep the energy high and the dance floor full.
Live Dj Performance
The Back Bay Ball is the ultimate New Year’s Eve party. It is a night of glamour, excitement, and fun that you don’t want to miss. The highlight of the event is the live DJ, who will keep you grooving on the dance floor with the best music from all genres and eras. DJ will play top 40 dance music from the 90s to 00s. He will also play some of the hottest hits of the year, as well as some classic tunes that will make you nostalgic. The DJ will also keep you entertained with his skills and charisma, as he mixes, scratches, and interacts with the crowd. He will make you feel like you are part of the show, and not just a spectator.
Ring in the new year with style and energy, lead the countdown to midnight, and then dance to the special song that will make you feel the magic of the moment. You will have the best time of your life and start the new year with a bang.
To provide essential support services for breast cancer patients to ease the stresses of everyday life, allowing the focus to be on family, recovery and healing. Providing transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping, nutritional and grocery assistance, childcare reimbursement, nutritious prepared/delivered meals and integrative therapy services free of charge through our Healing Together Patient and Family Care Program and Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Program help to relieve a patient’s burden while in treatment. The Ellie Fund is honored to provide assistance to breast cancer patients residing in and/or receiving treatment in Massachusetts.
Silent Auction proceeds will benefit Ellie Fund, whose mission is “to provide essential support services for breast cancer patients to ease the stresses of everyday life, allowing the focus to be on family, recovery, and healing.”
